I created Syntegrate out of a desire to drive simplicity into how complex problems are solved. It’s easy to make things complicated; it’s hard to make things simple.

For the 20 years before starting Syntegrate Gill worked in executive leadership roles across the UK, Australia, Malaysia and Singapore in the areas of General Management, Strategic Planning,
Commercial, Customer and Marketing at Coca-Cola. Gill also was a member of the Global Women’s Leadership Council and Chair of the Pacific Women’s Leadership council, with a focus on the goal of
achieving gender parity in senior leadership positions. Her journey has given her deep experiences of different functions, countries, people and cultures all over the world.

Gill is also a passionate Speaker and opinion leader on the Topics of Authentic Leadership, Women In Leadership and Shared Value Creation.
Her speaking engagements have included TV (Channel News Asia’s Perspectives Program), Radio (Women of Worth Interview on 938Live Singapore).
On the topic of Shared Value she has spoken and facilitated at many conferences including Sustainable Brands KL, World Marketing Summit, CSR Asia Summit and the YSEALI Summit.

Prior to Syntegrate, I had no experience with coaches, so I was not really sure what to expect.

After 25 years in business, with general management responsibilities for the past 12 of them, I always imagined the process as being too soft and too ethereal, to be practical, but, on the other hand, I knew and trusted Gill…and I needed the help as I was facing a crucial junction in my career.
