Ceremony Spring 2017 Commencement

When
The ceremonies will be held on Thursday, May 4th at 9am, 1pm, 5pm and Friday, May 5th at 9am, 1pm and 5pm . Degree candidates should report to the Live Oak Pavilion one hour before the beginning of the ceremony.

College of Engineering and Computer Science

Thursday, May 4th at 5 PM

College of Business - (Bachelor’s Degrees)* 
*Undergraduate Health Administration majors  will attend the 1pm ceremony.

Where
The Carole and Barry Kaye Performing Arts Center located in the Student Union on the Boca Raton campus. For commencement parking and ceremony location go to http://www.fau.edu/parking/commencement.php.


How
  • Graduates will receive an email invitation in their FAU mail account the week of February 23rd.

  • Graduates must RSVP to the Registrar's Office by March 14th if they intend to participate in the ceremony

  • Everyone should reply to the email whether or not they plan to attend the ceremony.

The Commencement Ceremony will last approximately two hours. In order to maintain an orderly and dignified ceremony, one that you and your fellow classmates will want to remember, all graduates and their guests are expected to be present for the entire ceremony.
