A committed network 

Health Care Without Harm is a 501(c)3 organization. Funding comes from private foundations, with some support to individual member-groups from regional or state agencies. Network members do not pay dues in order to participate in the coalition.

In the Philippines, Health Care Without Harm, Inc., known as Health Care Without Harm (HCWH) Asia is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission with SEC Reg. No. CN200703258.

Major funders for the region's campaigns include the Oak Foundation, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Skoll Foundation, Mitchell Kapor Foundation, the Beldon Fund, the Richard and Rhoda Goldman Fund, the Jenifer Altman Foundation, the New York Community Trust, the Alida Messinger Charitable Lead Trust, the Cedar Tree Foundation, the Marisla Foundation, the John Merck Fund, the Nathan Cummings Foundation, the Sigrid Rausing Trust, the Jesse B. Cox Charitable Trust, the Park Foundation, the Tides Foundation, the Overbrook Foundation, and the Clarence E. Heller Charitable Trust. 

For three consecutive years since 2010, the Swedish Chemical Agency KEMI, has supported HCWH Asia’s work for mercury-free in health care.

As of 2018, the Asia office, has been granted monetary support from:

1. HCWH - US (Regrant)
 - Supports organizational and unrestricted budget for the Asia office
 - Period covered January to December 31, 2018
2. KEMI (Swedish Chemicals Agency) 
 - Establishing Mercury-Free Health Care in the Mekong Region
 - Period covered March 2017 - March 2018
3. ECF ( European Climate Foundation)
 -  Mobilizing healthcare sector through the Healthy Energy Initiative’s ongoing work for cleaner air, reduced dependence on coal as an energy source, and increased public awareness about the health impacts of air pollution.
 - Period covered January - December 2018
4. GAIA-PSF (Global Alliance for Incinerator Alternatives-Plastic Solutions Fund)
- Building and Supporting Zero Waste Cities
YEAR 1 (March 2017 - February 2018 with no cost extension till August 2018)
YEAR 2 (March 2018 - February 2019)
5. PSF (Plastic Solutions Fund)
 - Plastics in Healthcare
 - Period covered July 2018 - December 2019
 
HCWH Manila Office is operating regionally with a particular focus in Southeast Asian countries.
